Supporting your family with compassionate, non-judgmental education & care.

Birth welcomes the unbidden.

In a world that craves certainty, birth stands at odds. Birth invites us to connect to our wildness.

As your doula, I will prepare your family to navigate the birth terrain with confidence and create openness to the unbidden with evidence-based, compassionate guidance in pregnancy and immediate postpartum.

I’ll help you meet yourself where you’re at to embrace your birth experience, no matter the outcome.

Support when you need it the most.

Birth does not only bring a new baby into the world: it also births new parents.

Creating an effective postpartum plan can set parents up for an experience that honors your minds, bodies, and spirits while upholding boundaries.

I’m here to help you make your transition to parenthood gentler.

Balancing evidence-based care with traditional knowledge.

Clinical trials and studies have offered substantial insights into the experience of bringing life into the world. In many ways, science is still catching up to what we already know in our bodies and traditions.

I support you having the birth and postpartum experience you want.

I offer herbal support for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum to relax the mind and prepare the body.

Inclusion and affirmation of all families is foundational.

I practice intersectionality and cultural humility. I use inclusive language and respect everyone’s lived experiences.

With me, your voice is heard, your identity is respected, and your needs are honored.
